The Lady Raiders hosted Bayou Academy at The Raider Dome for Game Two of a Three-Game Home Stand on Monday night. The JV Lady Raiders started off the day with another impressive showing as they cruised to a 45-12 win over the Lady Colts. The JV Lady Raiders are now 3-0 to start the year and are averaging 49 points in their first three games while allowing only 16 per game.

The Varsity Lady Raiders got a scare as senior Reeves Stratton went down in the third quarter with an apparent ankle injury and the game still in the balance. The Lady Raiders pushed the lead to as many as 9 late in the third quarter and then they held on for a 37-34 victory to move to 2-0 on the young season.

Azaria McDowell - She made her first start of the season count as the senior finished with a game-high 10 points (4-7 FG, 1-4 FT), 1 rebound ,3 assists and 2 steals to help guide the Lady Raiders.
