Lady Raiders Keep Winning
JV Dominates / Varsity Moves to 3-0
The Lady Raiders wrapped up their three-game homestead by hosting Heritage Academy on Thursday night at The Raider Dome. The JV Lady Raiders used an 11-0 run from midway through the second quarter to just over two minutes into the third quarter to pull away from the Lady Patriots and take a 25-8 lead. The Lady Patriots would struggle under the pressure of the Lady Raiders offensive firepower. JA then closed the game on a 27-7 run and finished off Heritage with a 52-15 victory and moved their overall record to 4-0 on the year.
The Varsity Lady Raiders played their first full game without Reeves Stratton and were able to prove that there are other girls who can score as well as they jumped out to a dominant 27-8 lead after one quarter of play. The Lady Raiders outscored Heritage 35-28 through the final three quarters and picked up the 62-36 win to stay perfect at home on the season at 3-0.
