After a two-week hiatus from live basketball action, the Raiders returned home to The Raider Dome to host East Rankin Academy. The Raiders started off the game with runs of 13-2 and 8-5 as they led 21-7 early in the second quarter. After a Patriot free-throw, the Raiders closed the half on a 23-10 run to soar to a 44-18 halftime advantage. They shot 17-34 from the field and forced 16 Patriot turnovers while only committing one in the first half.

The second half saw the Patriots chip away at the lead as they outscored JA 15-8 in the third quarter, but the lead was insurmountable as JA pulled away for a 63-39 victory to start the second half of the season. JA improved to 7-1 at home and 12-6 overall as nine different Raiders got in the scorebook, while five different Raiders hit a three including Reid Felder going perfect (3-for-3) with a team-high 11 points. Nick Bryan was right behind him with 10 points.
