Raiders Stopped By Rebels
Fourth Quarter Comeback by Leake
Jackson Academy hit the road for their first game away from The Brickyard as they traveled to Madden, MS to take on Leake Academy. After a decent start to the game the Rebels used a phenomenal second half comeback that saw them overcome a 30-7 deficit to upset the Raiders with a 47-37 victory.
The Raiders jumped out to a quick 17-0 first quarter lead with a 34-yard Field Goal from Scott Swalley, a 26-yard Interception Return for a TD by Trey Adams, and a 1-yd Marcus Harris touchdown run. Harris collected his 10th career 100yd rushing performance as he finished with 153yds on 27 carries and 3 TDs.
