Jackson Academy Volleyball welcomed Presbyterian Christian to The Raider Dome for a three game slate on Tuesday night. The Middle School A Team, despite being very young, hung in the match and nearly pulled out a victory as they dropped a tough two set decision. The JV squad improved to 8-2 against MAIS competition with a convincing two set sweep of the Lady Bobcats. The Varsity Lady Raiders started the evening by honoring Remy Jones with a gold ball in recognition of her 1,000th dig which she achieved over the weekend. Then they got down to business with yet another straight set victory over PCS which moved their overall record to 25-6 with their ninth straight win and moved to 14-0 against MAIS competition. The Lady Raiders will travel to Flowood on Thursday as they battle Hartfield in JV and Varsity action

Lady Raider Soccer traveled back up I-55 to Senatobia to take on Magnolia Heights School and they came back to Jackson with a pair of shutout wins. The JV squad tossed their second shutout of the season with a 3-0 win. The Varsity Lady Raiders pitched their ninth shutout of the year and won their twelfth consecutive game with a 8-0 victory. Next up the Lady Raiders head to Flowood to face Hartfield Academy in JV and Varsity action.

Lady Raider Softball took on Jackson Prep at Raider Park and nearly won the JV game as they lost by a single run. The Varsity Lady Raiders also lost to Prep. They will travel to Madison on Thursday to take on MRA.
