Flowood has been a good location for Raider athletics on Thursday, Friday and now Saturday as the JV Volleyball season came to an end in spectacular fashion on the campus of Hartfield Academy. The Lady Raiders entered the State Tournament on a seven game winning streak. They finished perfect in pool play with wins over St. Joe and MRA. Then in bracket play they took down PCS in the Quarterfinals, Lamar in the Semifinals before taking down Regents School of Oxford all in straight sets on their way to the State Title. Congrats to Coach Zamjahn and the JV Lady Raiders on another State Championship.
