Coach Walker is in his his 7th year at Jackson Academy and is the newly appointed Athletic Director. While at JA Coach Walker has coached football, track, and cross country. Brandt previously served for 10 years at Jackson Prep where he coached football, and track and taught World History and Mississippi History. He received the Coach of the Year award in Track and Field for 2013, 2015, 2016, and 2017. Brandt also coached at Copiah Academy and Simpson Academy. He is a graduate of Simpson Academy and the University of Southern Mississippi. Brandt and his wife Jennifer have one daughter, Mary Hampton (Class of 2024).
